Researchers planning to include the use of UNAVCO resources for geodetic
GPS, LiDAR, and power systems as part of proposals submitted to the NSF
Antarctic Research Proposal Solicitation 11-532 (deadline 6 June 2011)
are reminded they must include a UNAVCO letter of support with their
proposal. The completion of the UNAVCO support request form
(http://facility.unavco.org) is required no later than Monday, 16 May
2011 and will form the basis for the required letter of support.
Available services include:
- A range of GPS equipment, including permanent, continuous,
campaign, and kinematic GPS systems;
- Remote instrumentation power systems hardware; and
- Ground-based LiDAR (Terrestrial Laser Scanning) instruments.
