The schedule for the Arctic Community Meeting Room is available online

Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) hosts this space, which is
available Monday-Friday, 13-17 December 2010, during the American
Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting in San Francisco, California.

The Arctic Community Meeting Room is designed to encourage scientific
collaboration, educational networking, and other planning discussions
best held in person. Many of the meetings are open to anyone interested
in attending. Further details are available on the website.

Limited space is still available in the community meeting room. If you
would like to look into scheduling a meeting for a group working on
arctic research and science education planning activities, please check
the room availability and then contact Kristina Creek (creek [at] arcus.org)
to make an appointment.

The meeting room is located on the fifth floor of the San Francisco
Marriott Marquis, Sierra Room K, one block from the AGU sessions at the
Moscone Center West. It is hosted by ARCUS, with funding from the
National Science Foundation.
