Alaska Sea Grant is accepting aquaculture research proposals as part of
a National Sea Grant aquaculture research initiative in support of
environmentally and economically sustainable ocean, coastal, or Great
Lakes aquaculture.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Sea
Grant Office, in partnership with the NOAA Aquaculture Program, will
make up to $6 million available in a national research competition.
Institutions of higher education; nonprofit organizations; commercial
organizations; state, local, and tribal governments; and individuals
interested in aquaculture research are encouraged to submit proposals to
this special National Sea Grant research opportunity.
Applications must meet federal eligibility requirements. To learn more,
