The State of the Arctic Conference will be held 16-19 March 2010 at the
Hyatt Regency Miami in Miami, Florida, USA. There is a full and exciting

POSTER ABSTRACTS
The final deadline for submission of poster abstracts is Monday, 1
February 2010. There is no fee for abstract submission. Submissions are
welcome from the social, physical, natural, and political sciences, as
well as resource management and agency perspectives. Submission of oral
presentation abstracts is closed. To submit an abstract, please go to:

REGISTRATION
The regular registration deadline has been extended to Sunday, 7
February 2010. The regular registration fee is $400. Registration
increases to $500 effective Monday, 8 February 2010, and will remain
open until the conference. Student registration is $150 and will not
increase. To register for the conference, please go to:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Special rates for the State of the Arctic attendees are available at the
Hyatt Regency Miami (the conference venue) and the Miami Marriott
Biscayne Bay. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
The special rates will be available through Monday, 15 February 2010.
