Organizers of a session entitled "Polar Science and the Chemistry of
Climate Change" announce a call for abstracts. The session will be
convened at the 2009 Northeast Regional Meeting of the American Chemical
Society (ACS), 7-10 October 2009 in Hartford, Connecticut.
This session looks at studies from the Arctic and Antarctic with
specific regard to the chemical principles involved in those studies.
Whether a study's focus, analysis techniques, or implications, chemistry
is a central theme to all talks.
