The Workshop on Hyperspectral Image and Signal Processing: Evolution in
Remote Sensing (WHISPERS) will be held Wednesday-Friday, 26-28 August
2009 in Grenoble, France. It is organized by the Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Geoscience and Remote Sensing
Society (GRSS).
The aim of the workshop is to gather researchers working with
hyperspectral data and spectroscopy, from physical modeling, acquisition
and calibration, to data processing and applications. The program
includes 137 presentations, either oral or poster, as well as three
