Registration for the Vulnerability and Adaptation to Climate Change in
the Arctic (VACCA) workshop, to be held 22-23 October 2008, in Tromso,
Norway, is now available at:
http://portal.sdwg.org/content.php?doc=62&xwm=true.
The aim of the workshop is to gather leading experts, policy makers,
representatives of Arctic Council working groups and key stakeholders to
discuss relevant issues related to vulnerability and adaptation to
climate change and to prepare recommendations for potential future work
related to the issue within the Arctic Council. Registration for this
workshop is free.
The registration deadline is Monday, 15 September 2008.
