The Wildlands Studies Program is accepting applications for student
participants in its summer field program in Wrangell-St. Elias National
Park and Preserve, Alaska. Scholarship support is available.

The program takes place at the Wrangell Mountains Center and consists of
seven weeks of intensive summer fieldwork amid the peaks, glaciers,
meadows, and forests of the Wrangells wilderness. Participants earn 18
quarter units of transferable, upper-division college credit from
California State University Monterey Bay for an interdisciplinary
curriculum in Earth sciences, ecology, natural history, field
journaling, and management policy.
