The Canadian and Native Studies program at Trent University is seeking
applications for the newly created postdoctoral Roberta Bondar
Fellowship in Northern and Polar Studies. This position is aimed at
recent PhD recipients with research specialties in northern and polar
studies, with a focus on Canada's North. The position is for a 1-year
term at a salary of $42,500 CDN, plus research allowance. The candidate
will be expected to reside at the university and participate in Northern
Studies activities. Specific duties consist of teaching one course and
two public lectures.
