The National Science Foundation (NSF) Office of Cyberinfrastructure has
funded two rounds of proposals through the Cyberinfrastructure Training,
Education, Advancement and Mentoring (CI-TEAM) program. The next
solicitation for CI-TEAM has been announced with a deadline of 27 August
2007. The CI-TEAM program seeks to position the national science and
engineering community to more effectively engage in national and global
research and education activities that promote and leverage
cyberinfrastructure.
The CI-TEAM Community Building Workshop is being held Tuesday and
Wednesday, 10-11 July 2007 in Washington, DC, and will feature talks by
NSF Program Officers and experienced CI-TEAM leaders, as well as
information on goals, metrics, and proposal writing.
Interested individuals may participate in the workshop via live webcast
beginning Tuesday, 10 July 2007, at 8:30 a.m. EDT.
