The Coastal Response Research Center (http://www.crrc.unh.edu/) has opened
its FY 2006 Request for Proposals (RFP) with priority areas of Dispersed
Oil, Submerged Oil, Integrated Ocean Observing System and Spill Response,
Uncertainty and Risk Communication, Habitat Recovery, and Restoration
Scaling Methods.

Proposals related to cold climate oil spills are welcome and may be
considered for co-sponsorship by the Oil Spill Recovery Institute,

Invitation for full proposals will be made on Monday, 31 July 2006 with full
proposals due 8 September 2006 by 4:00 PM ET.
