The University of the Arctic is offering an Arctic and Boreal Entomology
course from 25 July through 5 August 2005 in Churchhill, Manitoba.

General scope of the class:
- Interactions of the northern entomo-fauna with biotic and abiotic
elements (e.g., plant/insect relations; entomo-pathogens; insects and
wildlife; coastal and freshwater habitats).
- Behavioural adaptations of the northern entomo-fauna.

human habitation.

The class also includes field excursions to tundra, krummholz, rock
