Technical program committee (TPC) invites abstracts on: ICE/POLAR
ENGINEERING & SCIENCE (Ice Mechanics, Modeling and Forces, Ice-Structure
Interactions, Ice Breaking, Ice Conditions, Forecasting & Navigation,
Atmospheric Icing, Ice Management, Construction and Logistics.

Conference will be held in Toulon, a French Riviera city. Special ISOPE
room rates start from $75.

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 30, 2003

Prospective authors are invited to submit by E-mail or Fax your
abstract(s) in 300-400 words to:

Include the paper title, all authors' and co-authors' names,
affiliations, full addresses, and telephone and fax numbers and E-mail
address of the corresponding author.

Annual ISOPE conference organized 80 to 90 sessions of peer-reviewed
papers from 42-48 countries. For ISOPE-2004 Toulon, some 70 technical
and industry sessions with participation from some 45 countries will
emphasize tentative topics. See website for list of tentative topics.

Since ISOPE-1992, the annual ISOPE conferences have been the world's
largest technical conferences of its kind with refereed papers. The
ISOPE-2004 is being organized by Technical Program Committee (TPC) of
the International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE) with
24 cooperating organizations and societies.
