The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) invites applications for the position of Community Development Manager. This non-exempt, half-time position will be home-based as a part of the geographically distributed ARCUS team.

ARCUS is a nonprofit consortium of research-related organizations and individuals dedicated to connecting Arctic research and education across the boundaries of discipline, institution, and geography and seeks to expand and engage its community of members and participants.

The successful candidate will manage membership recruitment, retention, and engagement activities; lead support for the Membership Committee; provide volunteer engagement and support; and facilitate connections between and among ARCUS members, activities, and the broader research and education communities.

The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
