Antarctica Day is celebrated by the international polar community on 1st December 2021 to commemorate the signing of the Antarctic Treaty in 1959. The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) Antarctica Day Project Group is excited to be part of these celebrations and is organizing a series of activities to celebrate the day with all APECS members, APECS National Committees, as well as everyone who is interested in and passionate about Antarctica.
